Owner's distributions are typically disbursed by the 15th of the following month by either check or ACH.
As part of our rental applications, we also request background checks via TransUnion paid for by the tenant's application fee. This includes criminal history, eviction history, and a credit report to ensure we bring in the best tenants.
We screen and approved applicants based on a predetermined list of Rental Application Requirements and Qualification Standards. Our team members are trained in reference checking, income verification, credit screening and Fair Housing guidelines to ensure we find the most qualified tenants.
Because applications contain personal information such as Social Security Numbers for prospective tenants, we do not share these with our Owners. You’ve hired us to operate as a Fiduciary and utilize our skills and expertise in this area, so we reserve the exclusive right to screen, deny, or approve tenants.
Yes, not only do our owners each have access to an online portal, so do our residents. This makes things like maintenance requests, and owner statements so much easier and transparent between all parties.
